Continuing NAFA’s legacy, our newly elected executive committee started its tenure by providing full scholarships to four students in grade 11 of Jorpati Higher Secondary School, Bhaktapur, Nepal. NAFA will continue to be an integral part of the community and will continue to work for the community.
With the initiative “Membership Drive for Scholarships“, NAFA started an appeal to its community members to renew their membership or become a new member. The membership tiers were changed and with reduced fees (Family $40, Single $20, Student $10, Life $250, Patron $1000). The executive team would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to all who became members through our membership drive and made generous donations. We raised enough funds to provide full scholarships to four students in Nepal. If you are not NAFA’s member yet, please go to our Membership page and become a NAFA member now.
NAFA hopes to continue this scholarship support for the same four students through their 12th-grade journey, granted that they successfully achieve the standards set by the school and NAFA’s executive board.
